{"id":1124,"date":"2023-01-11T23:55:33","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T04:55:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/longphung.com\/\/sin-categorizar\/xiu-mai-albondigas-vietnamitas\/"},"modified":"2023-01-11T23:55:33","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T04:55:33","slug":"xiu-mai-albondigas-vietnamitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/longphung.com\/es\/recetas\/xiu-mai-albondigas-vietnamitas\/","title":{"rendered":"X\u00edu M\u1ea1i &#8211; Alb\u00f3ndigas vietnamitas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> 15 min<br \/>\n<strong>Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n:<\/strong> 20 min<br \/>\n<strong>Tama\u00f1o de la porci\u00f3n:<\/strong> 3-4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para las alb\u00f3ndigas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>375 g de NEM N\u01af\u1edaNG de LONG PH\u1ee4NG (salchicha BBQ vietnamita), descongelada en el refrigerador<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de cebolla blanca picada<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de j\u00edcama picada (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes de la salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tomates maduros<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de c\u00e1tsup<\/li>\n<li>3 tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de achiote<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de ajo picado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de ceboll\u00edn picado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas y media de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sazonador en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharada de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de f\u00e9cula de tapioca y 2 cucharadas de agua, bien mezcladas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alb\u00f3ndigas:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner la j\u00edcama en agua hirviendo y cocinar unos minutos hasta que el agua vuelva a hervir, dejar enfriar y escurrir el l\u00edquido.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla el NEM N\u01af\u1edaNG, la j\u00edcama y los huevos en un taz\u00f3n grande.<\/li>\n<li>Formar las alb\u00f3ndigas.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca las alb\u00f3ndigas en una bandeja y cu\u00e9celas al vapor durante unos 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salsa:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Picar finamente los tomates, calentar el aceite de achiote en una sart\u00e9n honda, luego fre\u00edr el ajo y el ceboll\u00edn hasta que est\u00e9n fragantes.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir los tomates, el agua, el jugo de las alb\u00f3ndigas, la sal, el az\u00facar y la salsa de pescado. Llevar todo a ebullici\u00f3n, bajar el fuego, a\u00f1adir la c\u00e1tsup y cocer durante 5 minutos. <\/li>\n<li>Remover la mezcla de tapioca y verterla en la sart\u00e9n, removiendo constantemente, para espesar ligeramente la salsa.
