Long Phụng Food Products was founded in 1988 by Mr. The Long Pham and his wife Mrs. Thi Tin Nguyen, both from Vietnam. Mr. The Long Pham being a lover of Vietnamese pork rolls/pork patties since childhood, he often missed the culinary tastes of his native country. It was then that he decided to plan his project of an inauguration of a Vietnamese pork roll/pork patty production plant.

The first plant was founded in 1988 in Quebec City, Canada. Then, a second one was born in Houston, USA, in 1993. Mr. The Long Pham and his wife Mrs. Thi Tin Nguyen finally decided to build the third factory in Vietnam in 2002, hence the origin of Vietnamese pork rolls/pork patties.
