Traditional Taste: well-known as a specialty of the Central Vietnam yet a popular Vietnamese food item. Nem nướng is made of pork ham and pork fat typically favoured with minced garlic, black peppers, nước mắm (fish sauce), and sugar. It is formed into small sausages then grilled, oven heat or pan-fry.
Serving: it can be served as appetizer with dipping peanut sauce, or as main course: top on rice, noodle, sandwich. It is also a common filler in fresh rolls with vegetables, herbs and rice paper.
